#3.  Don’t micromanage.

While it’s good to be diligent about managing your company, you shouldn’t micromanage your employees. No one likes to be micromanaged, and when people think they are being watched too closely, it can negatively affect their productivity.

#4. Make your expectations clear.

There is no possible way that your employees can meet your expectations if they don’t know what they are! Don’t just expect your employees to know your goals and visions, remind them of those goals and visions often! Not only will this make your employees more successful, it’ll also make your company more successful as a whole.

#5. Forget any negative opinions you may have about your employees.

If you have any negative opinions or ideas about any of your employees, let them go. These kinds of opinions will almost certainly come across in how you interact with your employees, which can dampen morale and hurt productivity. Instead, look for the unique ways that each employee benefits your company and your goals.
