BALL GROUND, Ga. (April 12, 2021) – Foodmate US has named Justin Johnson as its new Vice President of Operations.
Johnson will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s customer service department and customer relationship management systems, including service agreement execution, spare parts business, and logistics operations. He also will manage the warranty program for our clients.
In addition, Johnson will be providing operational support for manufacturing and warehouse logistics.

Johnson comes to Foodmate US from Syntegon Packaging Technology, where he served as head of operations and aftermarket director. Prior to that, he worked as a manager for inside sales and manager for customer care operations for two other companies.
Johnson completed his MBA from the University of Rochester Simon Business School in 2018. He also holds a master’s degree in strategic leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College (2012) and a bachelor’s degree in history from the State University of New York at Brockport (2010).
Active in the community, Johnson is Chair of the PAWS Atlanta Advisory Council, an independent organization and Georgia’s oldest no-kill animal shelter, which has found homes for over 46,000 animals. He also has coached 11-12-year-old youth football for over nine years. Johnson is engaged to Dr. Sara Rizk; the couple lives in Atlanta.
