Huezo has 24 years of experience in the poultry industry in various roles, including Quality Assurance, Process Technology, Product Management, Key Account Management, and most recently, as Vice President of Sales for one of the largest capital equipment companies in the protein industry.

Huezo holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Poultry Science from The University of Georgia and an MBA in Operations Management from INCAE Business School in Nicaragua. He is active in the poultry industry, having participated in industry committees and advisory boards, and has been a sought-after speaker in numerous seminars focused on technology, automation, and the future of poultry processing.
